EMTA was in the rank of 424 within the 500 biggest Industrial Enterprises List in 2008,published by Fortune (Monthly Economy Magazine. With respect to realized turnover of the Company in 2009, it is highly expected that the rank of EMTA in the list in 2009 is going to be improved.

EMTA was in the rank of 644 within the Biggest 1000 Exporter List in 2008, published by Turkish Exporter Assembly. With respect to realized turnover of the Company in 2009, it is highly expected that the rank of EMTA in the list in 2009 is going to be improved.
Doubled Production Capacity
EMTA CABLE doubled its annual aluminum casting capacity to 60.000 tones by the completion of Kadirli/Osmaniye/Turkey Factory in 2009. As is known, the Company has the the second factory in İzmit/Kocaeli/Turkey.
Safety First
The total man x hour provided by EMTA ENERGY reached to 2.400.000 man x hour in 2009. There is no disabled, injured or death employement accident due to EMTA Safety and Healty Regulations.
Increase in the number of Exported Countries
EMTA ELECTRICITY scaled the number of exported countries up to 22 in 2009 where the Company is the leader company in Turkish Market.

EMTA CABLE 
Since it’s foundation, EMTA Cable has been one of the largest aluminum conductor exporter of Turkey and its reels are very well known in Middle East, CIS Countries, North Africa and Europe as well as the company is currently leader company in Turkish market.

EMTA Cable offers all aluminum (AAC), aluminum alloy (AAAC), aluminum steel reinforced (ACSR), aerial bundled twisted aluminum cables (ABC Cables) and insulated aluminum power cables with the best quality and the competitive prices in whole over the world.

EMTA Cable has two production units, which are located at İzmit / Kocaeli, northwest of Turkey and Kadirli / Osmaniye, southeast of Turkey.

Kadirli Factory stands on an area of 120.000 m2 of which 12.500 m2 is closed workshops and 20.000 m2 stock area in Kadirli / Osmaniye Industrial Zone and Izmit Factory is located on 14.500 m2 areas in Trakya Industrial Zone. The factories have been equipped with aluminum casting, alloying, rolling, wire drawing, stranding and cable-insulation machineries and systems.

All aluminum products of EMTA Cable are manufactured by continuous casting process of A7E aluminum ingots. Output of continuous aluminum casting is rolled aluminum rod having a diameter of 9.50 mm. Annual aluminum casting capacity of EMTA Cable is 60,000 metric tons.

Hard drawn aluminum wires ranging from 1,50 mm to 5,40 mm is manufactured according to ASTM and EN 60889 with an annual output of 40,000 metric tons.

All conductors (AAC, AAAC, ACSR), with a number of at most 91 wires, are manufactured in accordance with most common standards like ASTM, EN, DIN and BS.

Compacted aluminum conductors for insulated cables are provided for the leading cable manufacturers in Turkey.

Aluminum conductors steel reinforced with different constructions for different requirements are designed and manufactured in accordance with major standards like ASTM, EN, DIN and BS.

Aerial Bundled Cables, ABC, PE and XLPE insulated (Twisted cables PE and XLPE insulated) are manufactured according to NF C 33-209.

All semi-finished and finished products are subjected to routine tests in the laboratory approved by Institute of Turkish Standards.

The company quality policy has been certified by SGS with ISO9001: 2008 and ISO14001 certificates.
