EMTA provides complete construction management and commissioning services for power turnkey projects. Services include the organization and management of teams of qualified firms to perform all aspects of construction for complex engineer, procure, and construct (EPC) projects. We manage EMTA-designed projects as well as installations designed by others. EMTA perform complete project management services, including development of project plans, development and maintenance of integrated project schedules, development and monitoring of man-hour and cost budgets, coordination of multi-discipline and multi-organization project teams, and reporting of status to project stakeholders. In conjunction with the development of specifications for all transmission and substation material and equipment, we perform a complete range of procurement services.
Our expert staff is available for on-site management and quality control surveillance of all construction activities. We can provide a complete construction services team for a project or individual personnel for staff augmentation. Our experience ranges from monitoring construction of hundreds of kilometres of transmission line to erection of multi-story buildings for enclosed urban substations.
We provide testing services for analysis and commissioning of substation equipment and complete substation installations. Our approach includes close collaboration with the owner to ensure that testing criteria and procedures comply with necessary requirements and that documentation is accurate and complete.
Overhead Transmission Lines: EMTA offers complete project services for transmission lines in all voltage classes up to 500 kV - in projects ranging from a few kilometres of line to entire systems. We have the resources and manufacturing capability for towers, conductors, Transmission lines hardware&fittings, MV distribution Systems - in professional staff and technology - to apply to every challenge facing overhead or underground transmission. Services include line routing, structure and foundation design and analysis, optimized structure spotting, lightning performance analysis, upgrading evaluation and design, and preparation of material and construction specifications.
Substations & Switchyards:
Our expertise extends to all types of substations, both air and gas insulated. We design transmission and distribution substations and switchyards for electric utility and industrial installations from 6.3 kV to 400 kV. Our in-depth experience includes all engineering studies, physical design, grading and drainage, foundation design, layout and design of control buildings, structure design and analysis, protection and control systems, and preparation of complete specifications for material, equipment and construction.
MV Distribution Systems:We provide solutions for distribution systems with all equipments, including system studies, outage analysis, underground cable design, and layout of overhead lines.
